Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to multiple attorneys and paralegals.
• Assist with trial preparation by organizing and compiling necessary materials and ensuring case documents are readily accessible.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and other necessary appointments.
• Draft, prepare, review, compile, and distribute legal documents while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Conduct research and assist with gathering relevant information to support attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date files, records, and case data.
• Assist with organizing and managing legal documents and materials across multiple matters.
• Provide additional administrative and project support as needed to assist the team.
