The role offers a salary of $85,000–$110,000 depending on experience and the chance to work closely with two partners and two associates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of solid litigation experience, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with large or mid-sized law firms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm environment.
• Proficiency in preparing and formatting documents (TOCs/TOAs) and using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to 2 partners and 2 associates, including calendars, meetings, correspondence, and daily attorney needs.
• Prepare, edit, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents for various courts.
• Prepare and maintain Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs) for court submissions.
