Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its Dallas office in a non-partnership track role within the Proposition 65 practice, part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

The position requires strong litigation experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deadlines and confidential information in a fast-paced firm environment. California Bar admission (and bar in home jurisdiction) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• JD required; California Bar admission and bar in residence (if not CA).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
