Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice in Austin, TX, in a non-partnership track role within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

The role requires at least 3 years of litigation experience, with possibilities in Proposition 65, consumer class actions, or complex commercial litigation. California bar admission and potential federal clerkship are noted. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
