CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Atlanta office. This role requires 3+ years of personal injury and general liability experience to handle a heavy caseload onsite.

You will manage pre-litigation and litigation from pleadings through trial, draft filings and discovery, guide plaintiff clients, coordinate with expert witnesses, and prepare for depositions and court appearances. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with State Bar.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
