Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases day-to-day.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide plaintiffs through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and prepare reports.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
