Job summary

Noon & Associates, PC, a boutique litigation firm in San Diego, CA, seeks an attorney with strong civil litigation experience and exceptional advocacy skills. You will lead cases from inception to resolution in professional liability, commercial, and tort matters, with meaningful courtroom opportunities and direct client contact.

Ideal candidates will manage cases independently while receiving mentorship and collaboration from seasoned trial attorneys.

Qualifications

4+ years of substantive civil litigation experience in California.
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, deposition, and oral advocacy skills.
Judgment, initiative, and confidence to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

Develop case strategy from inception to resolution in professional liability, commercial, and tort matters.
Argue motions in state and federal courts; take and defend depositions; participate in arbitrations and trials.
Serve as primary point of contact for sophisticated clients and manage client relationships with guidance from senior attorneys.
Maintain autonomy in case management while collaborating with experienced trial attorneys for mentorship and support.
