Noon & Associates, a dynamic boutique civil litigation firm in San Diego, is seeking a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of California civil litigation experience. You will support internal attorneys by preparing pleadings, managing deadlines, and ensuring accurate e-filing in state and federal courts.

Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and meticulous organizational abilities are essential as you handle multiple matters with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as a Legal Assistant in a California civil litigation practice.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal document-management, calendaring, and e-filing systems.
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation from case inception through trial.
• Ability to prepare, format, proofread, and file pleadings and other litigation documents; calendar deadlines; e-file in state and federal courts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership while working with attorneys and team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, proofread, and file pleadings and other litigation documents.
• Accurately calendar deadlines and e-file in CA state and federal courts.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to support case management.
• Manage multiple active litigation matters and deadlines.
