Confidential is a premier boutique litigation law firm in San Diego seeking an attorney with 7+ years of civil litigation experience. You will work with top-rated trial lawyers on complex matters across California, handling discovery, motions, and trials with an experienced support team.

The ideal candidate will manage their own plaintiff-side caseload from intake to trial and contribute to a collaborative, high-caliber practice.

Qualifications

• Active California license to practice law required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation.
• Demonstrated jury trial experience (first or second chair).
• Independently manage cases from start to finish.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and research skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with eminent domain and appellate work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents.
• Conduct hearings, oral arguments, depositions, and jury trials.
• Manage a caseload of plaintiff civil matters from pre-litigation through trial.
• Participate in settlement conferences, client meetings.

We are looking for an attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our specialized civil litigation practice. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work with, and learn from, California's top-rated trial lawyers focusing on complex litigation, throughout the state.

The ideal candidate will have experience with trial (preparation and first or second chair), discovery, motion practice, and oral argument. The candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload (plaintiff-side civil matters) from intake through trial with an excellent and friendly support team.
