They handle matters through all stages of litigation, including trial, arbitration, and high-stakes negotiations.

They are seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing team, handling a mix of complex business and employment-related litigation matters. This role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have strong general litigation experience, with employment law exposure (wage & hour, PAGA, FEHA, or advisory work) preferred but not required. The firm is open to candidates coming from a civil defense or general litigation background who are interested in developing deeper expertise in employment litigation.
