Duties

• Develop and implement litigation strategies, including risk assessments and trial preparation.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Provide ongoing counsel and case updates to public and private sector clients.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Work with expert witnesses (medical, forensic, engineering, economic) to support case theories.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex case matters and legal strategy.

Requirements
