A strong advocate with attention to detail is essential for managing a high-volume caseload and meeting court deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of litigation experience, Florida civil procedure knowledge, and excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with a focus on

Qualificações

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience in commercial or creditors' rights.
• Experience with contested hearings, motions, and court appearances.
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and evidentiary rules.
• Excellent legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and related proceedings.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case recommendations.
• Advise clients on litigation risks and strategy.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with deadlines and guidelines.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to achieve outcomes.
• Participate in special projects and legal initiatives.
