Diaz Anselmo & Assoc. PA is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join their Naperville, Illinois team. You will be responsible for reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients in foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and will receive comprehensive training in the Default/Foreclosure practice area.

This role also involves drafting documents and appearing in court. The attorney should have experience in commercial litigation and a valid Illinois Bar license.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation and creditor's rights.
• Strong understanding of Illinois civil procedure.
• Ability to independently advocate in state court.
