Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. is seeking a Litigation Attorney licensed in Illinois to join our team. You will review and draft legal documents, perform thorough legal research, and represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail. Training will support success in our default and foreclosure practice areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation or creditors' rights experience.
• Ability to independently appear and advocate in state court.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure and evidentiary rules.

Responsibilities

• Document Review & Drafting: Review and sign legal documents and pleadings while conducting thorough legal research.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Actively appear in court for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.
• Special Projects: Perform additional legal duties as assigned by firm leadership.
