Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s contested litigation practice, including strategy and resource allocation.
• Serve as lead counsel in foreclosure, creditor-based litigation, and lender liability matters.
• Supervise attorneys and staff across Florida, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
• Appear in court to argue dispositive motions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior lawyers and drive professional development.
