Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Attorney in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience as a practicing litigator, preferably with expertise in medical malpractice or healthcare law, and will join a collaborative team of trial attorneys.

This role involves counseling and representing clients from pre-trial through trial, drafting pleadings and motions, attending hearings and depositions, and contributing to business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada State Bar membership.
• Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
