Confidential Employer in Reno, Nevada seeks an experienced litigation attorney to manage complex matters from inception through trial with courtroom exposure and direct client interaction. Candidate must have JD, active Nevada State Bar status, 4+ years of litigation, and solid knowledge of state and federal procedures; defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from case inception through trial.
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients throughout all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and case evaluations.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Deliver outstanding client service while managing multiple active litigation matters.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have 4+ years of litigation experience. Experience in defense litigation, medical malpractice, healthcare law, or insurance defense is strongly preferred.
