Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking a licensed attorney in Nevada for a full‑time, on‑site role in Reno. You will represent clients from case inception through trial, draft complex litigation documents, perform legal research, and participate in hearings and mediations.

Collaboration with partners and ongoing client relationships are key to success. The ideal candidate has a JD, Nevada Bar admission, and 1+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for defense, malpractice, or healthcare law

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada State Bar membership.
• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada and Federal court rules.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients through all phases of litigation from inception to trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, memos, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop strategy.
• Manage case files with excellent client communication.
• Support business development and client relationships.

Location:Reno, Nevada | Full-time | On-site in a collaborative office environment where you'll work closely with experienced trial attorneys and gain valuable courtroom exposure.

Note:Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have 1+ years of litigation experience. Experience in defense litigation, medical malpractice, or healthcare law is highly preferred but not required.
