Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified associate to manage litigation matters from pre-trial through trial under supervision of senior attorneys in Nevada.

You will draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, review medical records, and ensure compliance with state and federal rules while maintaining strong client communication and high-quality representation across civil matters.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of Nevada State and Federal court procedures.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Base Salary -USD $120,000 to $150,000
