Job summary

Stealth Law Firm, a Nevada- and California-based firm with 90+ attorneys and multiple offices, seeks an experienced litigator for a role with remote flexibility across Nevada. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in trucking or civil litigation, and be capable of handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, expert development, motions, depositions, and trial prep.

Nevada licensure is required; additional licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation.
• Capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies.
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in Nevada; an additional license is a big plus.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
