PinnacleConnect LLC is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for a remote position. Established for over two decades, the firm offers a comprehensive range of legal services with a team of more than 35 experienced attorneys.

Qualifications

• Recent litigation experience in insurance defense and coverage matters.
• Knowledge of Trucking & Transportation, Personal / Catastrophic Injury.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.

Job duties:

Work remote!

We have offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Fresno, Novato, and Folsom.
