Stealth Law Firm, Irvine-based with remote flexibility across Los Angeles and Orange County, seeks an attorney with at least 2 years of trucking or civil litigation experience. You will develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep.

California licensure is required; additional licensure is a plus. The firm offers a competitive salary in a dynamic practice with diverse matters across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation.
• Ability to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies.
• Capable of handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in California; an additional license is a big plus.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation
• Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in California. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $240,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
