Role Focus

• Handle a mix of commercial litigation and employment law matters from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including motions practice, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Advise clients on risk management, dispute resolution strategy, and employment-related issues
• Work on matters involving breach of contract, business disputes, and employment claims
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support broader litigation strategy across cases

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation experience with exposure to both commercial and employment law matters
• Strong drafting, motion practice, and discovery experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission in good standing (Nevada Bar preferred or ability to waive in)
