Stealth Law Firm, Irvine-based with remote flexibility across Los Angeles and Orange County, seeks an attorney with at least 2 years of trucking or civil litigation experience. You will develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation.
• Ability to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies.
• Capable of handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in California; an additional license is a big plus.
