You will handle civil litigation tasks including hearings, depositions, motions, and discovery while delivering client-centered representation in workers' compensation and general liability matters. Ideal candidates hold a South Carolina license in good standing, with about 1 year of civil litigation experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to

• Prefer 1 year of civil litigation experience.

Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P. A. is a well-established and growing insurance defense law firm with seven offices located across Georgia, South Carolina & North Carolina. We handle workers' compensation and general liability matters for insurance carriers, employers' businesses, and government entities. Started in 2002, the WJCB team is over 200 people strong and growing. We are currently expanding and looking for a Litigation Attorney in our Greenville, SC office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Consulting with clients
• Attending hearings
• Taking Depositions
• Preparing and responding to motions
• Preparing and responding to discovery
• Attending mediations and trials
