BCG Attorney Search seeks a litigation attorney in Greenville, SC to manage an active caseload through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in South Carolina with at least two years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience, and be organized, responsive, and client-focused, ensuring timely communication and follow-through for clients and carriers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
