Overview

Our client, a well-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire a fully remote Mid-level Attorney (3+ years) with civil court litigation experience. Employment law experience is preferred but not required, depending on other strengths.

Responsibilities

The position requires an experienced attorney who has hands-on experience with litigation (discovery, depositions, motion and hearing practice), can effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and can hit the ground running with a docket. Full trial experience is not required.

About the Firm

This is a terrific and unique opportunity to take a hands-on role at a plaintiff’s firm with an established track record, a solid support team/structure and existing business already in place. Attorneys are not expected to bring in new clients. This position is remote and requires a quiet, dedicated home working space with high-speed internet.

Practice Focus

The firm exclusively represents employees throughout California in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. The firm handles all types of employment claims, including wrongful termination, FEHA, and wage and hour claims.
