Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license, recent bar passage, or pending admission.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare for trials and arbitration hearings alongside experienced attorneys.
• Develop litigation strategy with Partners.
• Build courtroom advocacy skills.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on complex employment law issues.
• Analyze authorities and develop persuasive arguments.
• Draft written discovery and assist in discovery responses.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
