Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Wage-and-hour experience is not required.
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances; strong writing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare for trials and arbitration hearings; develop litigation strategy with Partners.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; conduct legal research.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and client communications.
