Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• 7-15 years of substantial litigation experience.
• Significant experience handling depositions and in-court advocacy at hearings.
• Experience with trial preparation and presentation and managing complex or high-stakes litigation.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents with Partners and briefing team.
• Develop litigation strategy and prep clients and witnesses for significant proceedings.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and conferences.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff and ensure deadlines and strategy are coordinated.
