No prior wage-and-hour experience is required; strong academic credentials, exceptional writing, and a commitment to developing into a top courtroom advocate are highly valued. Immediate opportunities available.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license, or pending admission.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and desire to learn.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms or willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Prepare for trials and arbitration hearings with experienced attorneys.
• Develop litigation strategy with Partners.
• Build courtroom advocacy skills.
