Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. in Tacoma is seeking Litigation Associates to join a collaborative, trial-focused team expanding its Tacoma office. You will gain meaningful courtroom exposure and direct partner mentorship in a flexible environment.

We value practitioners with 3+ years of litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a willingness to handle complex civil matters from inception through trial. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Medical malpractice defense experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Trial or deposition experience highly valued.
• Washington Bar admission or ability to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and trial strategy.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Work directly with experienced trial attorneys who mentor and develop attorneys.
