You will handle substantive work from day one, drafting motions, taking depositions, and representing clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation with direct partner access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Track record of drafting and arguing motions that hold up in court.
• Confidence navigating the Washington court system.
• Skilled at depositions and witness examinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical instincts and judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Active member of the Washington State Bar.
• Background in construction or casualty claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
• Keep clients and insurers informed throughout the process.
• Deliver sound legal advice grounded in real litigation experience.
• Own your docket and manage day-to-day tasks while meeting billable targets.
