Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced litigation associate to join a well-established civil defense firm with a strong focus on healthcare and medical professional liability matters. This is a role for someone who wants to be in the thick of it — depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial — not someone looking to draft documents in the background and wait for a seat at the table. You'll carry your own caseload with the support of seasoned colleagues, and you'll have genuine opportunities to develop as a trial attorney. Requirements

• Active WA bar license in good standing

Schedule

• 2 days per week in office required after an initial acclimation period
• Must be comfortable with the pace and demands of an active litigation practice
• Lexis proficiency and standard litigation software skills expected
