Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active Nevada bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases with increasing levels of independence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned matters.
• Strong commitment to client service and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through trial or resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, settlement documents, and other legal correspondence.
• Handle written discovery and take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other involved parties.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining a high level of client service.
• Provide practical, business-minded legal advice and identify opportunities for efficient resolution.
