Our client, a growing, privately owned real estate and property management company, seeks an In-House Litigation Attorney to support its Las Vegas operations and handle matters from first complaint through resolution.

Our client owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties and more than 15,000 residential units across Southern California, Las Vegas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio. Your legal judgment will directly impact business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL TACKLE:

• Respond to complaints and draft motions, briefs, and substantive documents.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Conduct depositions and research complex legal issues.
• Review contracts and deliver practical, everyday legal guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership, attorneys, paralegals, property managers, vendors, and contractors.

Bring sharp writing, sound judgment, and the ability to independently prioritize a busy caseload. You’ll translate legal complexities into clear advice that helps the business move forward.
