You will handle financial services litigation, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA matters, draft pleadings, conduct research, and manage motions while coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission.
• Minimum 2 years in financial services litigation (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA).
• Experience in civil litigation, motions, and pleadings.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial services litigation and related matters.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to resolve matters efficiently.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Engage in motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Provide legal advice to clients and coordinate with counsel.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and case law.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality services.
