Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: Las Vegas, NV

A leading global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Las Vegas office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized business disputes practice, working alongside experienced trial lawyers on sophisticated commercial litigation for clients across a range of industries, including financial services, insurance, real estate, construction, gaming and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and business litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis
• Manage significant case workstreams and project responsibilities
• Assist with discovery, hearings and trial preparation

Who You Are

Compensation

Salary Range: $185,000 – $215,000

Associates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
