Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial and business litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis
- Manage significant case workstreams and project responsibilities
- Assist with discovery, hearings and trial preparation
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Work directly with experienced trial lawyers on complex disputes
- Collaborate with attorneys across complementary practices and industries
- Take increasing responsibility for matters as experience develops
