Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an associate to join its Litigation group, Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup, to work with its Class Actions practice. This position is o open to any US office, with a preference for New York metropolitan based candidates.

The role requires a JD, bar admission in the jurisdiction where you are applying, and at least four years of litigation experience, including class action defense and large-scale discovery.

Qualifications

• JD required for the role.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and prep.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with strong writing.
• Manage complex cases and multi-matter dockets from inception to resolution.
