Our growing Naples-based civil litigation practice is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Collier County. We represent corporate and individual clients across a broad spectrum of civil disputes, general liability defense, and commercial matters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct exhaustive legal research and draft persuasive memoranda, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Collaborate closely with firm partners on case strategy and complex file development.
