Job summary

NACBA in Naples, FL seeks a motivated Litigation Associate to join our civil litigation team in Collier County. The attorney will manage active caseloads across pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation, with emphasis on rigorous analysis and persuasive writing.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of civil litigation or defense experience, strong research and writing skills, and familiarity with local procedures.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 3–7 years of hands-on civil litigation or defense experience.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Collier County court procedures is a plus.

We represent corporate and individual clients across a broad spectrum of civil disputes, general liability defense, and commercial matters.
