Job summary

Confidential Employer in Southwest Florida seeks an experienced associate attorney to manage a divorce and family law caseload from strategy to resolution. This on-site role in Naples offers autonomy within a seasoned team that serves clients throughout Southwest Florida.

Applicants must be admitted to the Florida Bar, with 5+ years of associate experience, including at least 2 years in family law, and strong writing, negotiation, and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of associate attorney experience.
• 2+ years of directly relevant family law experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of divorce, marital, and family law matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Advise clients on divorce, parenting and time-sharing, support, equitable distribution, post-judgment matters, and related family law issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other substantive legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials as needed.
• Develop case strategy, negotiate resolutions, and provide clear, practical counsel throughout each matter.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff while maintaining strong ownership of deadlines, client communication, and case progression.

$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location

Naples, Florida. This role is primarily on-site, allowing you to work closely with our attorneys, clients, and support team. Limited remote flexibility may be available when appropriate.
