Location

Job Description

• Manage and assist with all phases of civil litigation from case intake through resolution
• Draft and respond to written discovery and conduct legal research
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, including dispositive motions
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on case strategy and evaluation
• Participate in trials and assist with appellate briefing and arguments as needed
• Meet an annual billable hour expectation of approximately 1750 hours

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license with no exceptions
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research and brief‑writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience arguing motions, trial work, or appellate matters is a plus
