Confidential Employer in San Ramon, California, is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to manage business and real estate matters from inception through trial. The role requires active CA Bar licensure and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

You will handle depositions, contribute to strategy, and appear in court for hearings. This fast-paced, collaborative firm offers hybrid scheduling and meaningful courtroom exposure.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters from discovery through resolution.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Business and/or real estate litigation experience preferred.
• Prior experience at a litigation-focused or trial-intensive firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and real estate litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients.
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Manage an independent caseload while contributing to a highly collaborative team.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
