Our client has an opening in its Cherry Hill, New Jersey office for a mid to senior level litigation associate to join its growing Trial Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance and / or securities litigation, including derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other corporate litigation issues. Experience with securities laws and a background in regulatory or criminal enforcement organizations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, DOJ) is advantageous but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong advocacy skills, stellar academics, superior research and writing abilities, and an entrepreneurial drive. NJ Bar admission is required.
