Responsibilities:

• Support Securities Arbitration – Assist in FINRA arbitrations, handling claims like unsuitable recommendations and unauthorized trading for broker-dealers.
• Litigate Professional Liability – Work on cases involving D&O and fiduciary liability, drafting pleadings and conducting discovery to defend professionals.
• Handle Commercial Litigation – Support disputes involving contracts and business torts, preparing motions and assisting in trial prep for mid-market clients.
• Defend Employment Claims – Assist in employment litigation, including discrimination and retaliation cases, advising clients on compliance and defense strategies.
• Conduct Research & Discovery – Perform legal research and manage discovery across practice areas, building a strong foundation in litigation.
