THE POSITION:
Our firm is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Associate to join our New York litigation practice. This role involves handling claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, professional negligence, and others. Our clients in these matters include property owners, insurance companies, and municipalities. Responsibilities for the Associate will include but may not be limited to:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and deadlines.
• Strong oral advocacy and analytical writing skills
• Familiarity communicating with clients and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to deadlines.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and court filings with detail and accuracy.
