Our client, a top-tier global law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate (4–6 years of experience) to join its Complex Litigation and Arbitration group in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, high-stakes matters alongside seasoned trial lawyers in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. The firm is known for its elite litigation platform, collaborative culture, and deep bench of clients across finance, technology, life sciences, and private equity sectors.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling complex commercial litigation from early-stage case development through trial. Associates will be expected to take on meaningful responsibility, including direct client interaction, deposition preparation, motion drafting, and courtroom support. The role is especially well-suited for candidates with a long-term interest in trial work. White collar litigation experience is a plus, but not required.

Representative matters may include:

• Commercial contract disputes and business torts
• Securities and financial services litigation
• Civil RICO and fraud claims
• Internal investigations and regulatory enforcement defense
• Complex arbitrations and cross-border disputes

What They’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably at a top-tier firm
• Significant experience with civil litigation and trial preparation
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage discovery, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for depositions
• White collar investigations or enforcement background is a plus
• Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $310,000 – $390,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Performance-based bonuses
• Additional firm-sponsored benefits package
