Employment Litigation Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join our Employment Services practice team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and litigating employment-related cases, providing support throughout the litigation process while ensuring the highest standards of legal service are maintained. You will be joining a close knit team that will provide a clear path for growth within the firm. If you have 3+ years of experience of litigation experience in an employment practice group, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to employment litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Participate in discovery processes, including document review and management.
• Prepare for and take part in depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client communications.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and litigation trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state of NY- Barred in NY and NJ is a bonus.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
